This page summarises demonstration Registry Rules for the ReChar MVP. It is not a complete legal instrument.

Core rules

Post-impact evidence is mandatory before registration.
Independent technical validation is mandatory.
Legal-sufficiency review is mandatory.
Only an authorised registrar may register a Negatrope.
Original registry results are not silently edited.
Subordinate instruments cannot exceed registered quantity.
Separation of duties is enforced between claimant, validator, legal reviewer, and registrar.
