What is a Negatrope?

A Negatrope is the completed, validated, legally attributed, and formally registered conservation outcome. ReChar is the platform; the Negatrope is the registered legal object.

Legal qualification

A Negatrope is initially described as registered under the ReChar Registry Rules and the applicable governing legal instrument. Unless separately established, it is not claimed to be a government-issued environmental credit, statutory property right, regulated financial product, or carbon credit from an external registry.

Certificates

Certificates and Shared Negatrope Instruments derive from — and remain subordinate to — the underlying registered Negatrope and Registry Rules.
