ReChar is the digital registry and operating infrastructure for Grier's Proof of Conservation. It supports post-impact conservation evidence, independent validation, legal-sufficiency review, and lawful registration of qualifying outcomes as Negatropes.

What ReChar is not

• A cryptocurrency exchange or DAO
• A pre-impact environmental-credit mint
• A system in which blockchain replaces legal review
• An AI system that independently approves conservation claims

Controlling thesis

Conservation is performed. Evidence is assembled. Proof is tested. Rights are reviewed. A registrar determines the outcome. The Negatrope is registered.
