ReChar is post-impact. Forecast, expected, or modelled impact is never confused with measured, validated, or registered outcomes.

Proof of Conservation

The structured evidentiary process demonstrating that an identifiable conservation act produced a measurable outcome relative to a valid baseline and counterfactual.

The Negatrope

The completed, validated, legally attributed, and formally registered conservation outcome. ReChar is the infrastructure — not the Negatrope itself.

Registrar act

A Negatrope does not enter the registry until an authorised registrar makes and signs a formal registration determination. Blockchain does not replace legal review.

Not a speculative marketplace

ReChar is not primarily a cryptocurrency, carbon-offset exchange, or pre-impact credit scheme. Certificates and instruments derive from — and remain subordinate to — the underlying registered Negatrope.
